Generic Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at [company name].
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis wiPlth the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
Damage in Shipping: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer Service Department during normal customer service hours. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images no larger than 300k each. 4x6 photos can also be mailed to our corporate offices if you are unable to email them. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.
IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection
Custom Orders - use for Kleiman
Custom Items: Customized and Custom Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color design, frame, any and all furniture pieces, logo/personalized products etc and all types of fuel(s). Develpro Inc. will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern.
For Kleiman: Your tallit is a custom order and is non-returnable and non-refundable after shipment. Please carefully inspect your item upon receipt, and if there are any damages or defects, please notify us immediately. We will, of course, repair or replace it to your utmost satisfaction.
Items with Free Shipping:Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.
